Bitspower International Co., Ltd.( hereinafter referred to as “Bitspower”)

According to Taiwanese law, in the event that a customer changes their mind or makes an incorrect purchase, the products can be returned within 7 days of the date on which the goods were received. The products must be returned in an unaltered and undamaged state; only the outside packaging can be opened, and the product must not have any traces of use. Bitspower is not responsible for any damage that occurs during the return process, and is not obligated to provide a refund should damage occur during the returns process. The returned package will need to be signed off on by a Bitspower employee. The customer will be charged up to 10% for restocking fees if processing costs are incurred during reprocessing. The received date is based on the shipment's tracking information on the shipping website. After 7 days of the received package,

The products could not be returned or refunded, except the defective products.

Bitspower will not demand a restocking fee for returned products that are defective. A Bitspower technician will test each returned product for defects and issue the appropriate action as agreed with the customer via the return merchandise authorization (RMA) process. The warranty is void if the product has been tampered with in a way in which it was not designed for or described in user manual. Misuse, modification, handling damage (i.e. dropping) will void the warranty. At the same time, Bitspower is not responsible for any damage to other non-Bitspower products when a Bitspower product is misused or modified. Returns will not be accepted without Bitspower's RMA process. As part of the RMA, the customer should offer high-quality photos or video that clearly demonstrate the damaged goods or faulty function，keep the problem product in original situation.

Bitspower reserves the right to change the  product design and interpretations. These are subject to change without notice. Product colors and accessories are based on the actual product.

If the package is shipped by EMS, it will be insured. If you receive a damaged package, you must notify Bitspower immediately by e-mail. The shipment's carrier/tracking information must be retained by the customer until Bitspower offers a carrier solution. For all returns, please use a carrier that provides a tracking number and proof of delivery.

Upon completion of the order transaction, the customer automatically agrees and accepts this policy.

The order is not include tax or customs fee, if the package is stopped by the customs and charge for the fee, the customer has to pay the fee by himself or pay to the courier. If the customer reject to pay the customs fee, and the package has to be returned, the double shipping cost and the customs fee should be paid by the customer. In this case, the 7-day appreciation period begins on the date of delivery.

Bitspower requires to use of distilled or pure water or Bitspower Pellucid Coolant as the water-cooling liquid. Also, the consumer can add Bitspower Dye to Pellucid Coolant for the color requirement. But please do not add any biocide by yourself. If the consumer chooses different water-cooling liquids, the resulting impurities may cause peeling off the coating on some of the hardware, water channels blockage by built-up residue, improper operation of the water pump, water tank tube breakage, and O-rings deformation or loss sealing leading to leakage. Any issues related to the use of inappropriate water-cooling liquid will be the responsibility of the consumer.

If the order is not paid within 15 days, the order will be canceled automatically by our system.

9.

Please make sure the delivery address is in English and correct.

If you pay by PayPal, we only can ship to the PayPal address.

And the delivery is the door to door service. If no specified recipient, Bitspower won’t have any responsibility when the package has been to the delivery address and signed by other's name.

10.

When using the leak tester on a water cooling loop, in order to avoid product damage due to excessive pressure, the input pressure should not exceed 0.5kg/cm2 (bar). The leak tester must not be used when there is water in the loop or when the pump is running. If the product is damaged due to excessive pressure or incorrect use, Bitspower's product warranty will be null and void, and the cost of any damage to the hardware will be borne by the customer.
