The material maintains structural integrity under pressure, verified to hold 0.3 MPa (43.5 psi) for one minute at ambient temperature without rupture. The formulation contains no plasticizers to leach into the coolant, and it resists the glycols, biocides, and corrosion inhibitors found in most premixed coolants.

With a hardness of 80 Shore A, the tubing balances flexibility and rigidity, routing easily around tight corners while holding its position once installed. Supplied in 3-meter lengths at a 10/16mm (3/8" ID x 5/8" OD) profile, the exterior is free of large material defects or blind pits. The tube carries no irritating odor and meets RoHS regulatory standards for hazardous substance restriction.
