The Bitspower Zenith ZT-E1 is a non-silicone thermal paste built for interfaces that stay hot for long stretches. Rated for sustained operation from -40°C to 150°C, the widest thermal envelope in the Zenith series, it pairs that range with an ultra-low thermal impedance of 0.055 K-cm²/W measured to the ASTM D5470 standard. It is formulated to hold a 25-micron bond line under mounting pressure and keep it through repeated thermal cycling and continuous heat.

Endurance is a function of formulation. The ZT-E1's dense, high-viscosity body is engineered to resist the two failure modes that quietly cost ordinary pastes their performance over time: pump-out under repeated thermal cycling and dry-out under continuous heat. That resistance is verified rather than claimed. The paste is HAST-certified through three months at 85°C and 90% relative humidity, with less than 0.1% weight loss after 240 hours of sustained heat. The formulation is silicone and solvent free with zero detectable siloxane content, so nothing outgasses or migrates onto the components around the interface.
